We manufacture all types of products — such as double end studs with thread diameters ranging from ¼” and M6 thru 1-5/16” and M30 in a variety of materials like Carbon, Alloy, B7, B8M, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Hi-Temp A-286 and Inconel. Quantities range from 1 piece prototypes thru 100,000+ piece production runs.
Precision Parts
We manufacture a wide range of straight pins in a number of different diameters and lengths. General OD tolerances can be held as tight as +/- 0.0005” with our centerless grinding and CNC equipment. Carbon, Alloy, Stainless and multiple heat treated materials are machined regularly.
